Specialist Operations Support - Technology

What the first 30-60-90 days in the job will look like? -Within 30 days you will: Attend and graduate from companywide on boarding process along with detailed orientation program where you will learn Jazz’s values, business, and products. Meet with the regional operations and Nationwide support team to understand the strategy of the function in line with Organization strategy and company road map. Have discussions with members of other teams to understand how each function at Jazz contributes to the overall success. Understand support team functions, and how your role fits into the overall strategy and function. You will understand SOPs & processes, who are the stakeholders, get aligned to the ongoing tasks, projects and deliverables. Develop in-depth understanding of Jazz philosophy and frameworks. Ensure, that all functions of Service Delivery and activities are handled within defined KPIs according to agreed operating procedure with focus on enhanced customer experience -Within 60 days, you will: Coordinate with regional MBU leads, Vendors and ZMs for day to day task related to regional database, Invoices, PR/PO. Raise PR based on invoices as per contract and arrange PO for vendors. Develop understanding of the tools and applications being used for day to day operations. Start compiling MBU inputs for regional reports. Start coordinating with all Vendors for invoicing and reconciliations. Start providing the required support for OAN. -Within 90 days to onwards you will: Coordinate with all MBUs and nationwide teams for any data requirement or analysis. Start compiling and sending daily/weekly and Monthly reports. Be resolving any vendor related issues regarding Invoices and Monthly KPI reconciliations. Be Keeping a record of CAPEX/OPEX in MBUs as well as monthly-reconciled KPI values and invoices for vendors. A Bit About You: We are looking for someone who has two (2) or more years of Experience in similar role. Familiar with Telco and Non Telco equipment, Rectifier Systems (Huawei, Emerson, Delta etc.). Should have excellent verbal and written communications skills, interpersonal and collaborative skills, He/she should have demonstrated ability to manage projects and time effectively utilizing resources and project plans to meet deadlines. A Bit About Us: The OAN Technology team is responsible for operations and maintenance of all Jazz Access network with monthly KPI achievements within optimized utilities. The structure of the team you will join is: A 14-member team (including the department head). You will be reporting to a Zonal Manager OAN. The two (02) specific tasks that team was working on in the last 6 months with results. Vendor management Reports and Database Management The two (02) must have technologies the candidate should have.
